Our candidates are very important to us at Unicorn Jobs, and we work closely with them to ensure any role they accept is right for them and their personal professional development.

We are always happy to have a chat with candidates about their career plans, and promise to be realistic and honest about their suitability for roles.

If a candidate is not suitable for a position we will tell them why and what they can do about it. And we never push anyone into roles that are unsuitable, or which they are not genuinely interested in.

This approach also makes us better positioned to advise on candidate suitability, which benefits our clients.
