Unicorn Jobs provides a PR and corporate communications recruitment service. We are dedicated to finding the best people for great jobs, recruiting for PR roles at all levels, both in-house and in agencies and consultancies.

Unicorn Jobs is part of the Taylor Bennett Group and was founded to offer a more traditional recruitment service, different from Taylor Bennett’s executive search but providing the same level of service and professionalism.

This means that, while Unicorn Jobs is still a new kid on the block, we come to you with both experience and integrity, and a proven client-centric approach whether you are looking to fill entry-level, middle or senior management roles.

WHAT WE DO
Unicorn Jobs will help you find the right people for your PR roles, if necessary helping you define what those roles will involve and the kind of people you need.

We have access to an existing pool of PR professionals at all levels, and established routes to advertise specific roles to ensure the widest possible choice of candidates. We have a dialogue with all candidates before presenting them to you for interview, scrutinising their suitability for your role.

We will assist you through the interview process and, once you decide who you want to offer the job to, we will guide you through the offer and negotiations stage. Throughout the whole process, our growing team will provide expert counsel, always on hand to advise and to help you make the right decision.
