One of the world’s leading public relations consultancies is on the lookout for an Account Director to work specifically in the issues and crisis team for some of the agency’s biggest consumer accounts.

The accounts are in the food, electronics, FMCG and retail sectors, so it is essential that you have extensive consumer brand and issues & crisis management experience for this role. You must also have proven experience of managing a large team, providing senior client counsel, a sound knowledge of the UK media environment and an interest in current affairs. An intermediate knowledge of digital communications would also be beneficial.

On a personal level, you should have solid communication skills, be able to keep calm under pressure and able to work well independently as well as part of a team. This role is the ideal opportunity for you to work specifically on brand reputation with a range of high-profile clients, undertaking varied and interesting projects.
